The gentleman gave me an amazing haircut, and he was quick, the price was a little meh, and I was really looking forward to a hot shave, which I repeated to him 3 times as he began to clip my beard and mustache with an electric trimmer. I thought it was odd at first but stayed silent, trusting the process. However after a quick once over with a corded shaver he said we were done and charged me for almost full price of a hot shave. Granted I should have maybe been a little more vocal? Also seemed to be a slight language barrier. To end on a positive my hair did look stellar.
